Well which one is it Harold? Out of staters coming in and killing all the deer or all the in-starters with 5-20 acres baiting them up and shooting the chit out of them (your fragmented property theory). Or a combination of both?. Both factors are at play at different levels in different areas……Out of state hunters dont impact every county evenly
