Nothing like a good ol’ year end company Christmas conference call to tell us how we did. Third year in a row to have record breaking numbers. 20% more revenue than last year. 6% ahead of budget this year. Cutting all outside salesman’s commissions percentages by 25%. Wait…WHAT??!! Merry Christmas…talk to you next year. What a kick in the nuts. Been in sales my whole life… Two things you should never do to your sales folks…cap their income and cut their %.
