🚨 #BREAKING: The new spending bill would suspend the debt ceiling until January 2027, which is a win for President Trump
Schumer planned on using that as leverage against Trump, given we were set to hit the debt ceiling just months after Trump takes office.
What is unclear though is what other garbage they’ve included in this bill.

Doing the quick look at what this news is about I see one obvious as phuck problem. Even though Schumer was going to use the debt ceiling as the bitch card to slow Trump down, now we also have an unlimited credit card for two years. How in the hell can the government be kept from trying to find out if unlimited credit really means unlimited? Secondly, Trump is acknowledging that he needs or wants an unlimited credit card to get his agenda passed through.

My understanding is they shortened the bill from 1,500 pages to about 100. Has there ever been a President who took over well before inauguration day? There is now!  BTW, it still hasn't passed.

They cut the deal where the Fed would have done a land deal swapping about a three billion in tax revenue over to DC control from Federal control for the damn Redskin/Commander ball team stadium. Why the heck was a damn football stadium deal in a continuing resolution bill anyway?
Why not once a year do a general parks and recreation bill? We got a lot of parks and a lot recreation, why not just have one bill that covers that stuff? Every year, they get X money and thats it, standard COLA increase only. Upgrade and repair budget every four years at the end of a Presidential term. That becomes a treat from the outgoing President, new and improved toys.

THEN we need a separate bill to help these people in TN/NC housing. The rest needs to be cut. This county is BROKE! Stop spending money we don’t have.
