Either the battery cables are corroded internally, or the ground point to the block is dirty. Tight cables don’t mean a thing if they’re tightened down to a dirty connection.


This or a battery would be the first things I’d check. If it’s new enough to have the fuse block on the battery that would be next. Then a starter
