Being an armed trespasser is a felony in Florida It is a state jail felony in Texas, as well. My deceased FIL found out the hard way. If you ever find yourself in the small town of Crowell, TX, visit the lobby of Crowell State Bank. All those trophy bucks inside were poached by either my FIL or his brother. The sister was a bigwig with the bank and a local taxidermist did the work off the books. It was an inside joke for years.

Sooooo.....how does somebody go about taking the location and meta data off their phone??.....Asking for a friend.  On an iPhone: Go to settings Click on location services Turn location services off. That don't really work.

15-20 years ago Kansas was a 10K fine for spotlighting . Not sure what it is now or how much jail time a night hunter can get.
