I say ,,,poachers caught should be made by the judge to perform duties on the land they poached the deer from.... keep the roads on the land clear,,, perform trash detail,,, maintain the food plots,,, cut the grass as needed...disk em till em fert em plant em all at the poachers expense.. If I choose to take my deer to a deer processor they have to pay the fee... don't want to do it then they can sit that punk azz in jail for what ever time the judge sentences them to if they fail to perform the duties set forth...don't like any of it ...then don't be a poacher...teach poachers a lesson and learn the pains owners go through to try and raise deer especially record rack sized bucks.
