Idk about how this belicik stuff will work out, but I've wonder why you haven't been seeing more colleges go after pro coaching just to be better at handling players with this nil crap

Idk? Gm'a handle the players/contracts/agents...coaches not so much in nfl. This nil water is really muddy and without some type of contracts/agreements/rules...its still the wild wild west. OLD bill be crazy to go to chapel hill...or not. Take the money n run! What they gonna do, fire ya? Ok...im 74 and a millionaire...fire me.

I really considered him a good coach, till Brady left, went to Tampa and won a super bowl. Ole bill hasn't won a playoff game since(i don't think). Really makes you think it was more Brady. Which really makes you ponder football in general. Can one player make that much of a difference? How much does a coach really do? How was Brady that much of a difference maker yet, still patriots third string qb? Crazy sport!

Top college teams will have General Managers same as NFL. They will handle most of the day to day with NIL and the personel.
Coaches will work with them and do the coaching.... just my opinion
