I saw an article that talked about how the Bama transfers fared this year. Isiah Bonds and Caleb Downs had good years and are in the playoffs. The other dozen or so had “meh” seasons and some didn’t do well at all.

I do think there needs to be some guardrails. That’s why don’t give a hoot about recruiting. 50% + of the signing class will not be there 3 years. Some not after 2.

I saw another article or heard it someplace that former Auburn QB TJ Findley is transferring to another team with 1 more year of eligibility. Guys, he was in the Bryce Young recruiting class. That’s messed up. Get on with life man.

It used to be 5 years to play 4. Now with the extra covid year and redshirts you are seeing 6 year guys.
