Bama didn’t earn a spot plain and simple. They controlled their own destiny and didn’t execute well enough. The AD crowing about out of conference games was a bit “Karenish”. Just own the situation and move on, acting like Bama is some type of victim just weakens the mentality going forward. Roll Tide anyway!!
Exactly. As much as I'd like to see Bama in the playoff, they did not deserve to be there this year. 2 really bad losses to unranked teams and multiple other games that had they gone on for just a couple more minutes (GA and SC), could have also be additional losses. Good teams handle their business and dont lose the games they are supposed to win. Nobody was dominant this year, but with 3 losses, even as a Bama fan, I can openly admit that they did not deserve to be there. Are they better than some teams that made it? Yes, probably so, but once again, handle your business like you should, and nobody can keep you out.
