All of my footwear is zero drop with ability to have a full toe spread up front.
Modern footwear is killing us. Cowboy boots are especially awful with a high heel and narrow toe box. I cringe every time I see someone wearing them. All of my footwear is zero drop as well: running shoes, dress shoes, hiking boots. You have to seek them out, but companies are finally making them.
