They could go the Auburn route and play the bottom dwellers of the P4 conferences like Cal, or Washington State, etc. Don’t mean that as a slam but those are all the facts. With the message the committee sent that’s just smart scheduling now.
I'm an Auburn fan but they haven't exactly been a powerhouse the last 10 years. I mean who's to say that these teams aren't scheduling them as a low tier P4 SEC team.
