I think there are more factors than just numbers of views of a game Jwalker77. Good year by the way. Everything about college football today is set up for tv. Its all about drawing viewers. I reckon the nil money is driven by tv, right? A 5 star player sure aint gona decide to go to a team where theyll be seen on tv playing once a year. Theyre gona pick the team thats on tv every week. And hope to do well enough to play on sunday, on tv. Money is the biggest factor, of course, but tv is paying the money. Ive not looked at it but check out the 5 teams that make the most money each year. See if they also happen to be the 5 on tv most. You take tv away and college football will shatter all to pieces.

Some may still want to play for certain schools, certain coaches (especially like Saban that was a conduit to the NFL), etc., that money is going to talk if one school offers a lot more than another.

They get a percentage of every piece of merchandise sold with their name on it.

I watch it on Sling and they always have afew of the more obscure games on. Where can you see all of them?

ESPN+ carries most of them.
D2 and D3 the schools usually have their own streaming services where you can watch them.
