I never understood why schools, businesses, etc can't just change their start time, etc. to coincide with solar schedule. Why change the actual time?

The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...

Cause everybody hates the time change. Its based on a standard working hour shift which is not a thing for anybody except banks and government employees. Now it even pisses off banks and government employees making them more irritating to deal with.

Gomer it really dont amount to a hill of beans other than the 2xs per year it is a pain in the arse. I personally like more daylight in the later hours of the day so you can get something done after work before it gets dark. So I prefer daylight savings time but either way I'm pro-no switch.

It’s a royal PITA for me, working shift work screws me up twice a year.
The fact is it HELPS no one now. Sure some folks like it getting dark later in the summer, but beyond that it’s useless.
I hope they get it done.
