[quote=Happysappy]So when all the Alabama fans complain about Alabama’s season, take heart in Deboar won more games in his first year than either Bryant or Saban. Bryant or Saban didn't inheritate one of the top 5 teams in the nation[/ That is not exactly true. Yes he inherited a great roster. But when Bond and Downs left, along with the other 20 plus transfer out, that brought what he inherited down to average at best. Don’t forget he was able to hold on to a top 5 class and continues an excellent class this year. My point is for him to be able to win nine games in his first year after following the undisputed GOAT is phenomenal. Any Alabama fan that is complaining about Deboar has totally unrealistic expectations. I would take him over Freeze 7 days a week and twice on Sunday.
