Do you think if the harasser in question put a loud speaker 10 steps from the line , pointing off his property , played Polka music full blast all day would be hunter harassment?

I don't know if it would or not as I am not up to speed on the exact writing of the law. However, please don't confuse my comments with being on the side of the peckerheads causing the problems. I would be wanting to light them up too.
