Keep on keeping on. They'll get bored with it and eventually quit. If not, the deer will get used to their antics and it wont bother them. Also, all that riding the roads, racket and noise is probably pushing deer over onto you anyway. Yep If you totally ignore them and stay silent they will escalate it to a level you can nail them. People like that cannot live without a response. I’d have cameras everywhere. If you really feel the need to get physical, do it off of your property at a restaurant or walmart.

video it a couple of times and call the green jeans. This is the correct answer. First thing I'd do is talk to the GW. Let him know what's happening and that you intend to tape it and give it to him as evidence when he's ready to charge them.

You really want to ignore it first because they can get around what others are trying to tell you the law is about Hunter harassment by something as simple as building a house on your side of the line or something as simple as a full fledged shooting range where they can pound gongs at will and the law can’t do a damn thing about it.
Be careful.
Given deer behavior I know abolt300 speaks truth. It is along the same principle as the “disappearing standard” technique where y’all walk together and each standard drop off on the stand and the deer pay attention to the noise or movement of the one still walking. If that 4wheeler is moving the deer many times will stand still and watch it ride by.
Vigilance of the type the neighbors are doing is hard to maintain 😂🤣😂🤣
I’m not faulting y’all but I’d never have a stand where a neighboring property would see it, I like stealth.

Shoot into the ground and say man you pushed them right to me. Say we've killed several since y'all have been riding around. This is funny. Yeah we had a big time farmer land owner doing the same thing, in the end it takes more years off their life than yours

To me that would be a full time job, just riding the property line every day. I would venture to say they will get tired of it after a while. Be better than them, it will come full circle.

In the end. You are arguing/up tight/high blood pressure…….over hunting a deer? Don’t lower your self to his standards. Maybe he’ll run out of gas.

Video them several times. I believe it does qualify as hunter harassment when riding by the same time , yelling and playing loud music. At minimum the GW can "harass" them.
"Why do you ask"?

Find a roadkill deer and put on your side of the property line. Or several and repeat the process. Plus what Dog said.

If they are on their property, there's nothing you can do. If you own property, you don't want to be told what you can and can't do on it so why go down that road? Now, would it tick me off to no end and make me want to retaliate? Absolutely! Do you think if the harasser in question put a loud speaker 10 steps from the line , pointing off his property , played Polka music full blast all day would be hunter harassment? I don't know if it would or not as I am not up to speed on the exact writing of the law. However, please don't confuse my comments with being on the side of the peckerheads causing the problems. I would be wanting to light them up too.
The true mark of a man is not how he conducts himself during times of prosperity, but how he conducts himself during times of adversity.

Had a neighbor yesterday raising cane on his sxs ripping up and down the property line trying to get his cows back in the pasture, then he hopped on his tractor to put hay out.. it bothered me way more than it did the deer.. think I ended up seeing about 14-15

He’s doing that 12 months out of the year, not only when he see your truck or from November to February

Dump a bunch of roofing tacks all over the road they’re using, they might eventually get tired of plugging tires If you want to be more subtle, get some honey locust branches and put them in his road.

Let him know what's happening and that you intend to tape it and give it to him as evidence when he's ready to charge them. This right here. Need as much evidence as possible. I'd put up a cell camera high in a tree on your side of the line, angle it down toward where they ride. Set it so you can receive video. I would have done this before I moved the stand. Let them do it as much as they wanted so I had plenty of video.

Lot of us are just guessing - call the law - it will not be a guess then
Hunt the wind - leave it better than you found it - love your neighbor as you love your self We need prayer for our country now more than ever

Maybe start jacking with them. Put a mannequin up with camo and orange vest in a tree in a spot where if they harass it will push deer to where you are really hunting. Or put up 25 mannequins along the road where they never know where you really are.
