Keep on keeping on. They'll get bored with it and eventually quit. If not, the deer will get used to their antics and it wont bother them. Also, all that riding the roads, racket and noise is probably pushing deer over onto you anyway.

If you totally ignore them and stay silent they will escalate it to a level you can nail them. People like that cannot live without a response. I’d have cameras everywhere.
If you really feel the need to get physical, do it off of your property at a restaurant or walmart.
