Had a lady used to do something like that on a tract of land we leased. There was a bush hogged road across the county road from her house that led to a food plot we had planted. It was maybe 150 yards from the road. She would drive back and forth on the paved county road, honking her horn and yelling "hey hunters" over and over. We kept on hunting it and she eventually got tired of doing it and quit. We never had to escalate but it came close to that.
