Has anyone had any dealings with a Hunter Harassment case in Alabama. We have a big issue, and I am waiting on the game warden to call me to see what we can do if anything. We have crazy neighbors at our club. It all started last year. I had a ladder stand and a feeder about 30 yards from the line. There was a part of the fence down and the deer were crossing like crazy. The stand has been there for 4 years, and we never had any issues. Keep in mind the fence is down most of this property line. Just 40 yards down the fence its down for 200 yards. Just happened to be up here. The neighbor I guess finally saw it and put up several boards, Spray painted threes purple all over ad signs everywhere. No problem, I took the stand down, took the feeder down. I figured I would find another location. Well, the last couple weeks of season this neighbor rode the property line (1.2 miles) daily at 4:15 stopping every couple hundred yards, Yelling, Playing Music. This year they cleared even more roads around the property line and have ridden the line every day of this year at 4-430 doing the same thing.
They are very anti-hunting. I had a buddy try and buy the land but when they found out he was going to hunt the land she would not sell. I am at a lost. I have never spoken to these people as I don't want to escalate the issue.
I am about to lose my mind.

Keep on keeping on. They'll get bored with it and eventually quit. If not, the deer will get used to their antics and it wont bother them. Also, all that riding the roads, racket and noise is probably pushing deer over onto you anyway.

It's frustrating I know. Hunted with a friend of mine at a family members house. Guy would do the same thing, he would even ride up on a four wheeler and asked if we had any luck, knowing we didn't.

Id hunt hell out of it . Id spent ever minute i could there . When they there I shoot like hell . Get all the hides buckets of guts I could get a hold of and put them by the fence

Video them several times. I believe it does qualify as hunter harassment when riding by the same time , yelling and playing loud music. At minimum the GW can "harass" them.

I don't know how much land you have to hunt but if it's a decent amount then just back out some and it may help you.

Also - call a dang game warden and ask what can be done. I have a game warden in my cell at all times
I will ask somebody higher up in game and fish amd see what they say

Get the warden involved and keep on hunting. I would shoot every once in a while to make em think your killing em all thanks to them pushing them to you.

If they are on their property, there's nothing you can do. If you own property, you don't want to be told what you can and can't do on it so why go down that road? Now, would it tick me off to no end and make me want to retaliate? Absolutely!

Iāve had call the local sheriff to our logging job few times with people threatening us for logging when they just pissed off neighbors.dont own nothing . Usually solves the problem . Some folks are just mentally deranged. Bankhead was worse place ever. People would handcuff themselves to trees . Park rangers just come haul them off .

Had a lady used to do something like that on a tract of land we leased. There was a bush hogged road across the county road from her house that led to a food plot we had planted. It was maybe 150 yards from the road. She would drive back and forth on the paved county road, honking her horn and yelling "hey hunters" over and over. We kept on hunting it and she eventually got tired of doing it and quit. We never had to escalate but it came close to that.
