monday cant get here soon enough. been practcieng got sum does patterned. but their liable to change between now and monday. really cant wait im hunting a field edge. but im inside the woods about 15 yards. got 4 deer trails a big thick pine thicket slash bedding area in front of my stand. and its about a 100 yards from the property line of a state pARK HOPE I KILL ONE. AND ACORNS ALL AROUND .

Monday morning will hunting a couple tralis from bedding area to oak draw. but it all depends on wind may have to go hunt another oak flat

Gotta go with acorns dropping this early in the season. Problem is, we have so many acorns dropping, where to hunt. I've scouted a couple of areas with some trails and fresh droppings. Good luck to all.

I just scouted 4 places on my club. Water oaks every where and the farmer just started digging peanuts. I'll be on one of the oak flats behind a goober field. I also found one area with half dozen scrapes and a number of rubs and it's also close to a goober field. Lots of good sign in all the areas I checked. I'll wait to see what kind of wind we have Monday then pick a spot.

HARD TO HUNT WHERE I HUNT NOT MANY IF ANY ACORN TREES AT ALL WE HAVE NOTHING BUT CLEAR CUT AND SELECT CUT PINES. THERE ARE A FEW WATER OAK TREES ON THE EDGEDS OF A FIELD OR TWO

I am seeing a forecast for West wind for Monday morning. I will be right here,edge of thinned pines with hardwoods and pond behind me with my new Vector 32:  Looking for this one I let walk last year, got him on camera; he's a nice one now
