How did Mike Tyson go from a convicted rapist that quit fighting in his last few fights, to the most feared boxer and an American hero? Social media that’s how, people will believe anything. Quitting fights is cowardly and that was years ago and now we’re supposed to think he’s all of a sudden better and good enough to beat the Disney actor

Well i can say a few valid points but first let me open your mind.
I like to play devil's advocate, especially since I don't believe he's real. I don't believe God created an angel that would follow a book to his own demise but that's off subject.
You know what they say about opinions.
There's a lot of innocent men in prison over women.
There's no question that Tyson is one of the most talented boxing champions of all time.
Just because you don't like him doesn't take anything from his boxing career. Evander Holyfield, my favorite....stood toe to toe with Mike and couldn't beat him and Holyfield is one of the greatest that ever entered the ring as well.

No matter how he treated women, no one that ever watched him when Cuss was training him can ever say that Tyson wasn’t one of the best ever. I have no idea how his stamina will be now but rest assured if he gets that anvil on his right arm through early Paul will be experiencing something he’s never felt before.
Of course all we can do is speculate but wouldn’t it be nice to know how a Tyson, with his power, would match up against the technical brilliance of Ali?

Second is, are you stuck in 1984 cause that was 40 years ago. Mike Tyson talks about being hardcore, ruthless and street tough, but tough fighters don't quit every fight like a little cry baby. like he was doing 20 years ago. and how do you call getting knocked out by holyfield beating him. Tyson had a good run in the 80's and I enjoyed watching him, but in reality he's a piece of garbage, it's just that the fake media can convince these kids that he's still great. if he does win then you know it was rigged.

I think he is one of the most talented fighters there ever was. I think you would agree if you followed his career that the latter part of it he was in a pretty bad space mentally. Drugs played a big part in that. If you have kept up with him then you would also agree that he isn’t in that place anymore. I think he’s gonna destroy this guy. We will see.
Also let me say I don’t think he is a great person nor has he ever been. But I do think he is not the person he was when he was at the end of his career and fighting Holyfield.

We used to get together and buy his PPV's. We quit because they never lasted long.

The media has made many sports figures and actors/actresses, politicians, billionaires, etc out to be more than their rapist, killer, etc. selves. Just look at how they gushed over Ray Lewis as he retired. All the elites hanging with Epstein and Diddy. Anyone old enough to remember Chappaquiddick?

Tyson is no different than most of us. He's flawed. He's had issues his entire life. Cuss was the best person in his life and when he was no longer there, Tyson fell apart. I've watched a little bit of him recently and he seems to have grown as a man and is a better human now that he was before. He's not perfect, but neither am I. He doesn't go out of his way to hurt or insult people. That makes him a site better than most people in his circles.
Paul is an attention whore. I hope Tyson connects with one good solid and rocks Paul's world.
Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.

Am I the only one who thinks this match is going to be like pro wrestling? I think it’s all staged for attention. I can’t take it seriously. All of it seems fake.

He started looking at the crowd and nodding yes but he didn’t go after Tyson. I bet you couldn’t get a greased BB up his but with a ball peen hammer right now.

I only saw a clip. I was mostly looking at one of those scantily clad models and she didn’t even blink. Made me think it was scripted and she was expecting it. I would’ve expected Tyson to stand face to face and talk some trash, but to slap him and jump back just seemed out of character for him. Maybe I’m just jaded from all the other celebrity type, has-been bouts we’ve had in the past. Those have ALL been money grab publicity stunts. I’m hoping this one isn’t, but I’m skeptical. I’m hoping Paul hangs with him a few rounds then gets KTFO!

Jake stepped on his toes , and Tyson doesn't like that. That's why he started pointing down.

Just one of those people up there gets bent out of shape about something in the near future and they would spill the beans about it. If it was staged I’m betting only Tyson, Paul, and very few others knew about it.
