I got checked by the GW opening day of bow season. I was walking out at dark and he was parked by my truck. He gave me a warning for not haven’t orange on and for not checking in to hunt the wma on the outdooralabama app.

How did you get a warning for the orange when I don’t think it’s required in bow season…


It is in the WMA regs.l but I had no idea. It doesn’t anpply to private lands. Orange has to worn during bow season unless you are enclosed in a blind or over 12’ up.
