I'm surprised at how many folks don't 'get' this. Only two ways to make a bullet spin faster. You either increase twist rate (which can only be done by swapping barrels), or you increase the velocity. Sometimes you can make a bullet shoot out of a rifle it's not supposed to stabilize in by maxing out the velocity. I shoot 107 gr bullets out of a factory 243 barrel and 65 gr bullets in a factory 223, both Remington 700s with relatively slow (varmint) twist barrels. I have to max those mothers out, but they will shoot very well. On paper, they aren't supposed to pull this off... reality says differently.
