Set up on a ridge with a slough behind me, oaks in front and to the left of me, and thick bedding area to my right. The undergrowth is thick all around, amazing how much the woods have changed in the 10 years or so I've been hunting this spot. Stay safe and good luck.

No acorns anywhere in the area but 7 or 8 trails that intersect where I was. Saw 2 squirrels early then nothing.

Ended up seeing 10 all does with fawns we decided to hold off. My wife kills most of our meat supply . Was really proud of her because i have worked my tail off making our land more productive and she likes to shoot lol
