Just replace the 220 breaker with a 110 . Black wire in the breaker. Red and Gound wire goes in the ground bar in the breaker box . Replace the plug with a 15 amp 110v plug
If the AC had a normal three prong plug a 15 amp breaker be fine. If it has a funky plug you'll need a 20 probably and a 20 wall plug to match
