Check mimosa ridge weddings in Belmont/coatopa. Pretty sure he has cabins for rent. About 20 min or so out of demop on tombigbee river bluff

Grew up in linden so this is my back yard
Best western not bad. Lot of guys stay there when they come work w me. Either hotel will do.
Eating - try simply delicious - very good meat n 3. Several other places around there solid - bbq place - calcuta by best western not bad - mr Gs i like the poboy
Red Barn use to always be great. Aint hit it in some years - hear it is still good - if so - prob bettr than all i just mention except for simply delicious

Also - Calcutta is wrong - cane cutters - had brain fart
But hit simply delicious and red barn and slab and more first (red barn is a dinner spot - not lunch)

Ate at the Red Barn yesterday. It is still legit!!!
Pork Chops are excellent. Get on fried and one grilled. The catfish sandwich there is really good.

Nice view there and back and they are on the limerock bluff above demopolis. Everyone should tour Belmont 😊got a old fishing buddy use to call it purgatory lol

Best Western but we have a shut down going on at one of the paper mills in the area so getting a room right now might be tough. We have about 1500-2000 contractors here this week.
