Anyone on here active with it? Been using GMRS for a few years, but after the flooding decided to finally get my license. Taking the test next month.

Tech here. Oldest son is an Extra. Our farm also licensed 11 vhf simplex frequencies for a 49 mile radius from the farm. This was in preparation for the prison that was going to be built almost in our backyard. Glad that fell through and hope it doesn't come up again.

My club has 5 or 6 vhf channels license. Not sure about it.this first year.
