Aren’t there many other ports between Maine and Texas that we could use as a back up? They report forty ports shutting down. Surely that’s not the only major ports in our country. (But I have no idea) East Coast, West Coast, Great Lakes, and Inland ports on the rivers (Montgomery, St. Louis, Shreveport, etc..) . No navigable water above Claiborne lock that rules out Montgomery
