Im sitting on the balcony of my room on a cruise ship glassing mountain goats above the city of Juneau Alaska. This country is indescribably beautiful. I feel a strong magnetism to this country.

I’ve been fly fishing in a stream there while watching at a pair of bald eagles fish and glancing the mountainside at all the white specs ( mountain goats). It is a magical place all right during the warmer months of the year.

The highs have been a very comfortable 48 to 50 degrees. Very tolerable. I’m not good at posting pics. I have pics of Sitka blacktail and grizzlies. No goat pics, I didn’t bringan iPhone attachment for my binos.

Skeeters are more abundant away from the coasts. They get so bad people wear mosquito nets and suits lol.
They were so bad at a construction stop we had to make that I wouldn't even crack my truck window open.
