Join the club, my son in law has a Broadway box call that is the best sounding box call I've ever heard. Been looking for one for a while. Never even had a lead on one. Good luck. He just didn't make many

I got two of his boxes and gave one to my son.
They do sound good.
I need to practice with it more

Got a glass call and his grunt call. Both are excellent. Good luck in your quest!

You guys are right, Johnny was a charactor and a great guy!
He gave me this call back when he 1st started making them in the early 90’s. I worked at the Outhouse in Mtg and we were the 1st to sell them.
Thanks for all the replies, I will keep looking.

I still have my green glass call from the 90's as well and is still my primary call used. I have another white/clear glass call as well that was made later, but it does not have the same tone as the green glass one. I talked with a buddy who knew him, and he told me those green glass calls were made from stained window glass out of an old church that was being remodeled. I wish I could find another one of those.
