Pretty sure this is tennis elbow but it’s gotten so bad I can’t lift a cup of coffee Done everything I know of to cure this and if I’m not leaving here with a shot in this thing I’ll just deal with it I refuse to take pills

One of those tennis elbow Velcro straps helped mine, but it took nearly 5 months for me to feel back to 100%.
To make matters worse, mine was caused from a day of flyfishing back in April...the stripping line motion did it. And believe me when I tell you that you get ZERO sympathy from folks when they find out you injured yourself from fishing too much

Carnivore diet. It will be gone within 2 weeks unless it's some sort of physical damage to the tissue or tendons.

Tennis elbow is no fun at all. Takes forever to get over it. Hard to get rid of w'out anti-inflammatories I would think. I took them sparingly & wore the brace at all times unless I was sleeping. Took about 7 months for mine to get better if memory serves

I have never had elbow issues... until this spring. Teaching my son how to throw a curve I probably thew 50 in a row really breaking them off. Pretty sure I tore my UCL.... Hope you didn't do that but it sounds about like what you are describing. It sucks. Hope you get yours figured out.
I've never tried it but a friend of mine used the cbd oil on his elbow and he thought it worked. 🤷
Throwing batting practice twice a week had me hurting 4-5 years ago, then work started bothering it too. A steroid shot or pack from having a sinus infection helped more than anything besides rest. Ask for a local and a shot in the butt if they will.

This. Had a buddy do carnivore and swore his joint pains went away. I tried it for a little bit and my knee pains were not there. Definitely helps with inflammation.
I had Tennis Elbow back in early 2010. Wife is pregnant so I go to doc about it. Hurt to lift arm etc. He sets me up for Physical Therapy etc.
Wife goes into labor and refuses to have some student nurse (male) in the delivery. That means I have to hold her foot / leg for her to push against while she's delivering my son. She pushed the first time and I thought I was going to pass out from the pain. In a moment of clarity I chose NOT to make mention of how painful it was for ME. Luckily I could rest between pushes and it only took about two.
I explained everything I’ve been doing to combat this malfunction and he said that covers everything he would tell me to do and said the next step is a shot So he put alot of steroids in my elbow and did give me a dose pack to take and I will take them to attack this from two directions since he gave me a shot We shall see in a few weeks how this plays out and I’ll update

Watch this video...these guys are goofy, but they know what they're doing. I did the stretching techniques you see in a lot of videos as well as the massage gun technique these guys show, and it made a noticeable difference.
I've got cubital tunnel syndrome, I'm not sure what exactly tennis elbow is.
Cubital tunnel syndrome is pinched nerves in the elbows due skeletal issues. I've found some stretches the hurt like he'll short term but the everyday pain is gone. I was to the point of having surgery.
