For those of you that get corn in those ton sacks…

Corn container

Has anyone ever stored corn in one of those plastic containers in a wired cage and added a spout like this guy in this video? I would like to know how to add this auger to get the corn out of the container like this fella does in the video.

A sliding grain door would be the way to go for an IBC tote.

Do you have any pics of the setup?
Did you just screw the rv dump valve directly on the container?
Sounds like that would work well.
Here is what I found on Amazon is this what you used?

Just be careful storing corn and be on the look out for mold. A sealed cotainer may cause condensation increasing mold spores. Some articles and write ups on issues of peanuts and corn not passing inspections for this reason. Dryers on commercial applications take out a lot of the moisture that causes mold during initial processing. I know I had a metal feeder that went through a flood and the mold really got into the corn before I could get it removed and washed out. Made me more aware why we should check for mold throughout season, and wash anytime mold is present. Possibly wash and rotate throughout year after inspecting.

If ya use bag totes keep them open. I almost lost some last year because I closed the bag thinking it would keep moisture out.
