I'm thinking there are some sexual favors going around with all these points you retain.
He aint retaining nothing. He's got a deal working where every time he accepts a hunt, they post 5 additional points to his total, instead of taking him back to zero. Those 13 hunts he accepted last year gave him 65 preference points for this years hunts. Evidently it pays to know the right people at the state level. LOL
