I just made “smash burgers” what should I call them? I didn’t make Pattie’s and cook them on the grill, I measured out 1/3 cup balls and smashed them with parchment paper for about two minutes per side on my new griddle.
Do I call them “ same burgers made in greasy spoon restaurants for 50 years”?
Seems kinda long…..😂
It is just a burger. could call it a hamburger. It really isn't as fancy as you think
