You have got to win the battle with the C-pap mask. I dont know if you are wearing the "big" type that covers your whole face but try the nose pillow. It was not easy for me to adjust either. Tighten that thing up to keep it on, but do whatever you must to get adjusted. Im 6' 212lb and go to the gym 4 days a week to weight train. If I dont sleep with the c-pap at least 7+hrs per night none of it would matter. I would have zero energy. As far as diet I do ok, but I can drink a 1/2 rack of beer, go eat whatever for supper as long as I get in the bed by 9pm with the c-pap all night and I will be up before the sun and ready to roll.

Carnivore diet. Bama Earl is flat out wrong. It is very sustainable.

Get through week 1 and it's easy. Meat eggs cheese and salt. I've added in a few spices. Butter and air fryer. If I eat any plant it's an onion once a week.

Meat, cheese, eggs, salt... is a fad. There is zero nutritional science that says fruits and vegetables are bad for you, zero. They changed the low no carb diet to "Carnivor". Just eat whole foods, real foods and you are fine. The idea that you can't eat an apple.... makes no sense to me.

Does that upset your stomach? Magesium for me is awful and results in commode time.

Sounds like inflammation. Good advice here, different things work for different people. Exercise and clean eating works for me

Most magnesium supplements are cheap and poorly absorbed forms like magnesium citrate. Get a quality supplement like the one Naomi Magnesium sells online and that won't be an issue.

Maybe what i need to do! I've been having issues with iron for over a year, makes me feel miserable, i don't even like to drive when i start feeling bad, got several folks been needing to get up (few on here) with, but man makes ya feel bad in ALL sorts of ways for sure.

With the carnivore diet is it any meat or just beef? Can I use some spices to add some flavors to the meat? I dont eat a lot of salt now but my last blood test showed my LDL was 157. I'd rather not take meds. I know I will be much more active once hunting season starts and that will help but I'm in the same boat as the OP. 6'2 240lb. 45 years old. Also on TRT and last level was 289. I usually only eat 1 meal a day and usually have a package of peanut butter crackers around lunch time. But I am addicted to MT Dews. I try to limit myself to 1 a day but it's usually 2. I know they are terrible for me but I dont use tobacco products and a 12 pack of Ultra will last over a month between my wife and I.

What type of Lyme test did you have done? Most are not accurate. Just curious

My .02 . You need to drop 40-50lbs, eat right ,cut out most sugar and junk food, stay hydrated , donate blood every 60 days. Go to a gym and do some upper body and get on the Stair Master 2-3 times a week . The Stair Master IS leg day! Might wanta get into Rucking. You'll hate the gym at first , but after a couple of weeks you'll find your happy zone, start feeling better and you'll look forward to going. I started August last year getting ready for an Elk hunt in NM. Just before I went to NM I was doing two 15 minute sessions on the Stair Master on level 5 with a 20 lb weight vest on . I also walked in the mountains twice a week. I still go to the gym twice a week and have scaled the lifting back a little and only do one 12-15 minute session on the Stair Master per visit.

"Why do you ask"?

Too many people spend money they don't have , on things they don't need, to impress people they don't know.

Can that cause iron issues? Only ask, cause i was diagnosed with it back in 19. Gave up the hard stuff cause it (well all alcohol CAN) can cause high iron levels also...
