So, I guess they kinda knew what they were talking about 3 days ago. They threw about 30 different possibilities out there and one of them kinda stuck. 20 years ago, we would not really have considered this storm even worth mentioning, other than a lot of damn rain and maybe some bigger than average water in Louisiana.
