Will be interesting to see how information is publicized about the shooter. Typically, information is quickly and fully disseminated when the killer is a conservative leaning type. It is usually withheld from the public if the perp is a left leaning type. Regardless, it is another example of the cultural rot we have been witnessing.

I live about an hour from there, maybe a bit more.

My bet - spun up confused tranny or Amish. The Amish over here are crazy most days, and worse on others.

"Colt Gray" doesn't sound Amish to me but I've been wrong before.

Easiest portion of the population to influence and manipulate are the young people.

I’m sure the shooter has a social media account and is all over it.

And for the record, Kamala has already come out this afternoon, at a campaign event, stating that the US has a serious gun problem, it’s all the republicans fault for not passing democrat proposed legislation, and that she will be instituting and implementing gun control measures just as soon she’s elected and takes office. Every time Just like clockwork.

They never pass on the political opportunity for the sake of decency that's for sure.

Based on this Fox 5 report, that may well be warranted.

Colt Gray was on FBI’s radar 16 months before school shooting
The FBI, in a joint statement with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, revealed Gray was on law enforcement’s radar more than a year before Wednesday’s school shooting.

The FBI’s National Threat Operations Center had received several anonymous tips about threats made online. The posts, made on a gaming website, included photographs of guns and the threat to shoot up an unknown school at an undisclosed time.

The FBI was able to track down the threat within 24 hours to Georgia. The FBI Atlanta Field Office relayed the information to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, which then brought the then-13-year-old boy and his father in for questioning.

"The father stated he had hunting guns in the house, but the subject did not have unsupervised access to them," the FBI wrote in its release. "The subject denied making the threats online. Jackson County alerted local schools for continued monitoring of the subject."

Law enforcement officials say there was not enough probable cause for an arrest or further legal action.

In a statement posted to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, Sheriff Janis Mangum wrote in part:

"...we extend our heartfelt sympathy to the Apalachee High School, the victims’, their families, loved ones, Barrow County Sheriff Jud Smith, the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office and all of Barrow County in the active shooter incident today."

The FBI has pledged all available resources in Wednesday’s investigation.

Most of what I have seen is saying it was a 14 year old male named Colt Gray, but I did see a couple of references to Benecia Anderson, but who the heck knows for sure. A teenage transgender won't help the narrative that guns are bad instead of people.

Fox reported the shooter was visited by FBI/local LE last year as a 13 yr old and his father said he didn’t have access to his hunting guns. 🤷‍♂️

I think that is one of the ones that was a victim in the report I saw.
