Idk who audits the bill, but I do know that the power co. jacked me up again this month with a $459 bill... mad And thats after a record high bill for us last month at $440 bucks and me going behind everyone and cutting off lights when not in use, etc..etc.. .and it still didnt help the bill none....My Question is ...When?, When is the best time, according to the power co. different kilowatt rates per hour charge, is the best and cheapest time to run the washer, and dryer, and dishwasher, etc, etc...? Or does that even matter on the bill?
