Al.com article. I was there and it was hard to watch. I’m good friends with the family. Very difficult situation. He was that perfect All American kid that you’d want your daughter to marry. He just overflowed with positivity, confidence, and a beacon of light. Anyone that was around him benefited from just that. They’ll pull the plug at 2:30 and bring him home to rest. Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers.

Lord that's terrible. My son was injured in a game in Dothan. He got crackbaced blocked went down and didn't move hauled off the field by ambulance. Thank the lord he was ok my heart breaks for the family of this fine young man.

Prayers for all involved He was kept on life support while arrangements were made to harvest and donate his organs. I’ve seen a post from his mother now that says he is face to face with Jesus. From a friend that was there, he didn’t hit his head that hard so it is believed there may have been a preexisting condition. The family was told that even if that had happened at the hospital it was unlikely that he could have been saved.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
