You say she is having mental issues. Are you talking about memory loss or something else? I think home health care has to have a referral from a medical care provider so you may need to have a conversation with her primary care provider about what all is going on.
That sounds right from what I can remember. They sent home health 3 times a week for my mom. I had to hire a sitter and one point though.
