Most would not be able to afford to shoot something full auto. It becomes a novelty item in reality. Nothing usable and the fun wears off quickly.
I believe a well armed militia in 2025 includes tanks and rocket launchers. You wouldn't be well armed with just a M4. The founders intended the people to have the ability to fight and win.
I think that is the strict interpretation but the correct interpretation nonetheless. We're not doing that but that was the intent of our founders when they wrote those words and these is wisdom in what they wrote.
Full auto suppressed 10-22 would be affordable enough and a ton of fun.
