I'm curious as to what he's considering Grade PST. In my area what I'd call Grade PST is much more valuable than that. Very possible he should break Hardwood Sawtimber into more than one category (Ties, Grade WO, Poplar, etc.), but you may also not have enough hardwood logs to have much of a separation.
