Does anyone use these? They are basically a BOG deathgrip. I get 25% off and will be much cheaper than the bog plus they have spikes that you can anchor into the ground if needed for stability

It looks better than the trigger stick. A trigger stick tripod didn't last one season with me.

The BOG is a way better product.

Just looking at the primos edge, I believe it came from the same factory as the Two Vets pigg lite tripod (in China). The load rating is exaggerated and they’re not super stable, but it will work for hunting.

For street cred on my opinion above, I have owned a ton of tripods from the two vets to the Really Right Stuff versas, ascend and tfc’s. If you want to hang a bunch of stuff on your rifle I still think a RRS 33 is the best in the game unless you want an inverted leg section. Then, the RRS 22i is the tits. But those are expensive upgrades.

I saw and briefly messed with a Warrior Tripods Commander model this last weekend at the NRL Hunter grand championship in Iowa. It’s an Alabama company, with the tripod likely made in China, and kinda mimics the RRS TVC 22i but has bigger leg sections. It seemed very stout. I wouldn’t have any issue giving one of those a shot and at least you’d support an AL company, for around half the cost of RRS. It wouldn’t be ideal inside a shooting house though.

For the best, get a Spartan.

I don't have a Spartan, but I do use their magnetic adapter system on my Primos with the Spartan Davros head.

I will say I went ahead and got this product. Out the box it is much lighter than the BOG but still feels substantial. The legs are a little weird to get open cause there are locking buttons on the inside, the clamp is tight and pivots easy with easy turns. I like that the legs have built in spikes if needed for stability in the ground. All in all pretty good design.
