Coaches are done! I am concerned about the players, all the team, What a way to start a football season . This has been a first class team in the past. May not be now for awhile. The really good ones may find a way to move and fine another good program. Prayers are with the players.

The video they showed on the news was a kid getting his helmet ripped off. Never saw that humping thing till it was posted. Thatâs really strange to have that reaction. Definitely donât need to be developing young men with crap like that.

Because of that video, the school board and athletics board do not have many choices at all.
The parents and legal system are the one's making the decisions about the future of the coaches, players, and the entire football program now.
I doubt Hoover will ever be what it once was after this.

I watched a coach run over a guy with a golf cart on purpose one time. This seems minor to me...the tea bagging is over the line, sure... but it doesnt really surprise me in comparison to some of the stuff coaches have said to me/us in the past along with the general vulgarities I have experienced in locker rooms throughout my career...only difference now is that when I ran home and told my dad he just told me to stop being a pussy....I dont reckon it ever crossed his mind to sue someone over it
Jameis winston routinely slapped people with his cock in the locker room showers in high school
Guys in college who were sleeping with the same girl would whip it out in a split second and be like "which one yall think she likes better"
Coaches told us they knew of special needs kids that could move around better and faster than we could when they wanted to demean us
Once, a coach told Wes Saxton(who played in some preseason games with the jets and the washington commanders(redskins I guess at the time) to go in at tight end and get in a 3 point stance- Wes said "coach that don't feel normal" to which the coach replied "Well the first time you PHUCK a girl I bet that dont feel normal either does it, Wes"
Another coach returned to practice fresh off a hip replacement surgery one time and drew back one of his crutches and hit a kid with it like a baseball bat
The list goes on, I am sure I can think of more
general grossness/lewd behavior no doubt, but just a part of life at the time. I never really thought much of it

My gut tells me I donât think the coach is actually a sexual predator, or he wouldnât have been so open about it. I think heâs just an idiot, but sexual abuse of a minor is sexual abuse of a minor. I donât think he needs to have his life ruined over it (if it was just a case of him being an idiot), but he doesnât need to be working with and responsible for kids
