You’re right Gomer. A line was crossed and that coach needs to be dealt with legally and financially. What in the hell was this coach thinking! My gut tells me I don’t think the coach is actually a sexual predator, or he wouldn’t have been so open about it. I think he’s just an idiot, but sexual abuse of a minor is sexual abuse of a minor. I don’t think he needs to have his life ruined over it (if it was just a case of him being an idiot), but he doesn’t need to be working with and responsible for kids He's definitely an idiot and needs to be out of coaching for a while if not forever. Juvenile behavior by the coaches is not the way to make youngsters into men. I guarantee that Sabens would never tolerate such BS on the practice field. But to make this man register as a sex offender is crazy. Best thing that could have happened is if the player had opened a can on the dumbarse and then he gets fired.

I watched a coach run over a guy with a golf cart on purpose one time. This seems minor to me...the tea bagging is over the line, sure... but it doesnt really surprise me in comparison to some of the stuff coaches have said to me/us in the past along with the general vulgarities I have experienced in locker rooms throughout my career...only difference now is that when I ran home and told my dad he just told me to stop being a pussy....I dont reckon it ever crossed his mind to sue someone over it
Jameis winston routinely slapped people with his cock in the locker room showers in high school
Guys in college who were sleeping with the same girl would whip it out in a split second and be like "which one yall think she likes better"
Coaches told us they knew of special needs kids that could move around better and faster than we could when they wanted to demean us
Once, a coach told Wes Saxton(who played in some preseason games with the jets and the washington commanders(redskins I guess at the time) to go in at tight end and get in a 3 point stance- Wes said "coach that don't feel normal" to which the coach replied "Well the first time you PHUCK a girl I bet that dont feel normal either does it, Wes"
Another coach returned to practice fresh off a hip replacement surgery one time and drew back one of his crutches and hit a kid with it like a baseball bat
The list goes on, I am sure I can think of more
general grossness/lewd behavior no doubt, but just a part of life at the time. I never really thought much of it Don’t guess Winston woulda had to worry bout his slinky the first time he’d done that to me. I’d been in jail. Typical male behavior is fine but the pecker stuff you speaking of would’ve resulted in someone getting hurt Mild compared to the stuff he used to get away with.. lots of stuff everyone just swept right under the rug I mean idk that the right thing to do is drag the guy on a public forum over stuff that happened over a decade ago, but facts are facts....he didn't answer for a lot of things many people would answer for.....and then in the last couple of years I have seen him sort of ridicule the people that protected him from himself on various podcasts...really not cool at all

Let me clarify my stance on the kid-face-ballsack-humping:
I am not saying it is okay...I am just saying it does not surprise me and similar behavior is not uncommon. In fact, it is so common that it strikes me as odd that this is coming to light like this. I have seen similar stuff an incredulous amount of times

I don’t know how anyone can come to the conclusion with that quick of an edit the he was humping his head. It looks to me like he was trying to rip his shoulder pads off. The other coach grabbed the loose helmet and tossed it.
If he was REALLY humping his head, then of course he deserves to go.

What this is more of is a generation of some people that grew up not having consequences and still acting like foolish children and they are now in every profession in life as adults and it’s gotten worse as what we tolerate. Poor raising and values cause this behavior.
