This one is the one I've killed my biggest deer with.   Remington 788 with a Douglas XX Stainless semi-varmint barrel chambered in 7mm08. Action is slicked up and trigger set at 3lbs. French walnut stock which is glass bedded and free floated. Has a custom magwell for the 788 mags. Leupold 3-9x50 VariXII in Redfield base and rings. All the rifle work was done by Jim McCullough. It'll put 10 into 3/4" at 100 yards.  If I do my part. Heck, Skullworks, tell the truth: That big deer was so dazzled by the pretty wood it just stood there and let you shoot it.
