1003 acres between Ethelsville & Carrollton.

This will be the 6th yr I’ve had this lease. Before that Tru-Talker had the lease for 2 years.
We shoot 3yr old + 8pt better mountable deer.
Great deer numbers with quality bucks
Land consists of mostly select cut pines with several nice hardwood stands. Close to a mile of gasline.
Property is secluded with little to no traffic and has 2 major creeks running through the property.. One borders the NW part of the property and the other runs through 70% of the land.
I do know they have been down cutting some pines in the last few weeks.
$2500 includes power & water.
We will have a few required work days.
Turkey rights included.

I was a member last year. Plenty of deer and very little traffic. I can share way points of spots i saw 20 plus deer in a day. Morris is good people and will help you anyway he can. I picked up some more Kentucky and Tennessee land so I won't have much time for Alabama unless I find something in North Alabama or near my parents in South Alabama.

We used to ride all through there as a kid, from McShann to Carrollton. Idk where your club is but there’s a lot deer through there.
