I got a Hobart 210 with the dual voltage feature and it works fine but all I have ever used with it is flux core and 120 volts. I know it’s not what you asked about but I bought one of those titanium dual voltage stick welders from harbor freight ( the green one). That little thing weld’s great. It honestly surprised me how well it works. They have a mig machine by that brand and it’s a lot cheaper than the Hobart I got. You can buy the dual voltage titanium mig machine from harbor freight for $550 dollars. If I had it to do over again that’s what I would buy because it is less than half the price of the Hobart. I’m not a professional welder by any stretch of the imagination so take that into consideration too.
