The welders in your price range are all disposable. You can get get an Arc captain for 400 bucks. It will weld as good as the lincolns or millers. If you had to buy 2 of them you would still come out cheaper.
My uncle has had his welder for 20yrs. It has been a good one. Hes kept me pieced together for years now. Hes getting too old to keep me going and its near impossible to get a small welding job done these days. Especially if you need it done quick and for a reasonable price. I bought a 110 welder to weld on my dump trailer. It should be illegal for that thing to be called a welder. I guess it might weld tin cans together or alumi um foil or something. Looks like you slung a hand full of cttag cheese on it. Im not welding for a living. Just need to be able to fix what i break.
