Here's th' SKINNY on a LOT of th' KNEE-GARS around Houston: I went to Houston back in 2013 to build a Project. First week my truck got broken into.....they took a flat screwdriver and popped the lock....truck was parked in motel parking lot. Deputy came and wrote up report. Said when Katrina hit they bussed a bunch of those animals over to the Houston area and a lot of them never went back home. Said those Nawlins' One's were waaaaay worse than the locals about stealing, killing,etc.
They say the same thing in Baton Rouge but if you look at New Orleans it looks like they went back home. Place seems to be about the same as it was before Katrina.
